I am in an 18 team leagues with 11 players (PG, SG, SF, PF, C, 3 Util, 3 Bench). The scoring is standard with just one modification, we don’t have turnovers but we have offensive rebounds instead. We play in a roto league.

As it is said in the title, I have been proposed CJ Miles for either Butler or Jack (with a preference for Jack). Should I do it? If yes, preferably for Butler or Jack?

Nah. Definitely not for Jack. You don't have any great PGs so you might as well keep as many of the mediocre ones as you can.

Butler isn't playing well now, but by season's end, I'm confident he'll have better stats than Miles.
