I got offered Bynum for Dally by a manager who's got cold feet about Bynum's injury prognosis. The problem is that I also have pretty cold feet about that bloody knee of his myself. The league is 9 cat HtH, but with no playoffs. With no playoffs the games played means a lot more which makes me hesitant about how useful Bynum's actually going to be.

I'd make the trade. I understand why you'd be hesitant (you should be hesitant), but Bynum is significantly better than Dalembert. There will be numerous underrated big men for you to snatch up from free agency if Bynum injures himself (or you think he's about to). As long as you enter the season with a keen eye on who these players might be, you'll be able to cover yourself.

And if you don't need to cover yourself? Well, then you just traded Dalembert for a Top 7 center.

Yeah, I look at Bynum and I see the potential for him to be really subpar for at least a month between his general lack of conditioning and inevitably limited PT. If there were playoffs for this league then I'd do it without hesitation since, barring another injury, Bynum should fine when it matters, but without the playoffs I have real concerns. This is my team in the flagship FBC league too, so I'm not really looking to fly by the seat of my pants.
