Given the short list of good shortstops, I am debating just going with Elvis Andrus or Everth Cabrera. I know that Andrus will cost me more (especially in a keeper auction format with good players), but I can't tell if his overall upside is worth investing in over Cabrera who I can get cheaply but has a huge upside/downside. If he fails I'll be left with shmohawk behind door number 3 off the waiver wire.
If I'm planning on having 1 Sagnof spot, what would you do in this situation. Or would you attempt to have a Sagnofer in an OF/Util spot, where they are more plentiful?

Andrus is much better with the bat. Everth doesn't have much upside... He's steals, not much else.
