Can Ryan Madson get a shot at this thing? This is outrageous. I keep picking up Madson, holding him for a week or so, then dropping him b/c regardless of how bad Lidge pitches they insist his job isn't in jeopardy.

You know what I think I'm going to do? I think I'm going to pick up Madson AGAIN. Why do I do this to myself? Can anyone out there make me feel like I'm not a moron for picking him up again? Can anyone out there make a reasonable argument that this is the last straw for Lidge?

It's been rumored that when Closers on contending teams habitually get beaten like Tina Turner the Manager makes a change. I want to believe; I do. But alas, I am a Save Vulterer scorned many times before. Charlie Manuel- if you're out there.... please let Ryan Madson be my Frog Prince.

P.S. If someone else is at least as frustrated as me that will be a victory of sorts. It sucks to get dumped on but it's better if you're not the only one.
