I've been running Gregg out as my 3rd closer and now the team decides they want to see what Strop can do for them. He of the 4.75 ERA and .5 walks per IP. Anyway I've got to make a decision to replace him with one of my only 2 moves left for the playoffs or try fly with only Holland and Melancon.

Current Situation
I am down 0-2 on saves thru yesterday. He's running Soriano, Reed, and Perez out there. Assuming I get by this week, the team I'd most likely play for the Championship is running with Janssen, Mujica, Benoit, and Farquhar.

The only available options or prospects are:
Strop - with 3 vs ATL. 3 vs PIT, 3 @STL
Hawkins - with 3@ PHI, 3 @ CIN, 4 vs MIL
Fields - with 3 @ CLE, 3 @ TEX, 3 vs NYY
Doolittle - 3 vs MIN, 3 @ LAA, 3 @SEA (of course no one has said their demoting Balfour at this point)

So given that do I pull the trigger on one of these or do I save my 2 moves for a potential bat, SP, or injury replacement player and wing it with the 2 I have?

in need of Greywisdom.....

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Thanks Grey. I was certainly leaning towards not making the move. Maybe now I can get some sleep tonight...ha!
