I'm curious about this as well. My complete layman's understanding of this injury is that the hamstring is in the leg but pitchers throw the ball with their arm. So I don't think this has as much potential to be serious. Even if he's down for a little while and there are vulture saves, all of the Pirates other relievers look pretty bad.
ESPN thinks its Chris Resop - Evan Meek - Jason Grilli in that order, take that for what you will.

Meek has been very eh this year.
I just added Cruz, but I have a gut feeling that if Hanrahan is out for an extended period of time, there will be 3 or 4 guys with a couple of saves each.
Grey, would Cruz be your first add? Resop? Meek? McCutchen?

Hanrahan had to throw like 50 pitches to get through the ninth over the weekend so it's prolly just recovering from that, pirates have to start winning games before I add any of those guys

Yeah, but Brian Wilson also said that he just twisted his ankle and that he was perfectly fine. I guess we'll know for sure by the weekend...
