Blew yet another save tonight. I realize it's only two games, but he's looked pretty shoddy.

Question is: Do I use my 6 of 12 waiver priority to pick up Cordero? Is there a chance he'll soon be closing for Tor?

Thanks!

I share your pain about Santos, but I wouldn't write him off quite yet. 6th waiver pick is fairly useless in my opinion, feel free to burn that baby if you want. Question is more of who you would drop.

Who do you think I should try to use the waiver on: Cordero (for potential saves) or Luebke, who's also on the WW?

As far as who I'd drop, I was thinking Minor, Bills, Morales or Chacin..?

Thanks!

I would drop Morales or Chacin for Luebke in a heartbeat.

It's being reported that Santos will be away from the team until Saturday due to the birth of his child. No report yet on who will take the closer roll in his absence. Is Cordero next in line or do they have another option?

I'm pretty sure Cordero is next in line, and as a Jays fan who just picked Cordero up yesterday, here's hoping he racks up a few saves before Saturday and is so impressive that he keeps the job... 8-)

His mind is on his new child, not pitching. Do not give up on him yet
