The dude i'm facing isn't even active so i'm winning 9-2-1 so far. I'm losing SB 0 to 1 so I can probably win that. (Saves are tied 1-1 and i'm down by two RBIs so I might be able to go 12-0-0 for my first ever fantasy week).
I have both Rickie and Jemile Weeks (with the latter on the bench) and Duda at UTIL. Should I take out Rickie or Duda to put Weeks in for SBs? Lorenzo Cain's also available on waivers.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

That's all right. This matchup is two weeks long anyway. Should I try to deal Ricky and keep Jemile for 2B?

J. Weeks/Capps/Aceves/Duda for Hosmer
The guy just got back from vacation or something and had Utley and BJ Upton sitting around on his roster (he's since replaced Utley with Robert Andino lol) and he has no closers except Guerra anyway.
