I have Brox on my DL right now but Nathan is also on the waiver wire. Should i pick Nathan up or keep Broxton?

Why wouldn't Nathan return to the closer role in MN if his head is back in the game and his velo/command return? Capps blows, let's be honest, and he's been nursing an injury for weeks. I don't doubt Broxton gets his job back since the position has been essentially vacated since he...vacated the position, but really, why not Nathan?
