The Indians have traded Paul Byrd to Boston (for a player to be named later). Byrd has been pitching very un-Byrd-like, over his last several starts. I suppose playing with Boston's offense behind him boosts his value, but I don't know how much longer he'll be able to maintain his performance.
Interesting note on Byrd: he's allowed 23 HR and 24 BB this year. That's a nice ratio.

I think he's due to face TOR a second time in a week. It'd be interesting to see how he does.
I am tempted to drop Arroyo for him and take a shot. I need wins more than K's.
