Carlos Lee VS Some Random DB

Postby Hubrex » Sat May 15, 2010 6:18 pm

I have Carlos Lee as my #3 of 3 OF in a 12 team keeper mixed league as a 3rd round pick. You may have noticed he is not good, he is bad. Very very bad. I may show ignorance on this one, but do I think about dropping him for someone like Travis Snider, JD Drew, Juan Pierre. I am waiting on Stanton, who is on my bench or do I just use Lee for a few weeks and hope he remembers how to put it back together.

I'd lose him for Snider.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I'd trade Carlos Lee for anyone who would take him. Try to package him up with someone. If you can't, then I'd consider dropping him.

just try to get as good of info as you can on Snider - he is dealing with a wrist injury (never a good sign for power hitters) that is keeping him out of the lineup this weekend.

I'd think you'd be able to trade Lee for something better than whats on the wire. I obviously wouldn't be asking for much but someone must think there may be some hope left and move him for a spare part.

I'm hanging on to Lee right now, but that's only because I'm fortunate enough to have a plethora of other guys that really stink right now, so I always have someone else to drop.

I'm trying to decide when to pack it in for the season and I'm sure right time for that was weeks ago. I'm collecting any young player with a whiff of upside and I'll cut Lee the moment I find another one.
