Leake reminds me much more of a young Greg Maddux than Pedro Martinez...if we're going to get overboard.
All four are pretty even. Medlen may not stick in the rotation unless he dominates. I like Holland, but you may still have time to wait on him, depending on how your league rolls. If you can afford it, wait to see how he does in his next start. I like Cecil more than Leake, but it depends on your poison. Cecil has the higher upside, Leake will probably be more consistent. Is Jhoulys Chacin available? He has some sick stuff, probably like him the most of those pitchers.
