My team is definitely pitching-heavy but right now, even with Braun and Morneau, I'm a bit power-strapped since Panda and AJones aren't hitting many taters. I'm probably going to drop Kawakami because Gio may have hit something and Scherzer (despite his awful outing today) has been throwing semi-decent stuff. I'm trying to hold Zambrano in the hopes that he's either an awesome reliever or gets moved to starter again (more likely) - I can always trade him for something semi-decent to someone else who wants to gamble.
But if I drop Kawakami, I'd like to pick up some power potential.
Available Power-ish FA's:
Adam LaRoche
Garrett Jones
Nick Swisher
Brandon Inge
Jason Kubel

LaRoche is a pretty consist .270 season hitter with high-20 HR potential, and all the others except for Kubel don't really hit for average. And Kubel has been pretty consistently improving over the past seasons. So I'm not sure who to go for this early in the season. Ideas?

Over the long term, I like Kubel, but he's pretty cold right now. I'd go with Garrett Jones.

12-teamer, H2H, points, 4 keepers.
Hitters: +1 single, +2 dbl, +3 trpl, +4 HR, +1 RBI, +1 run, +1 BB/HBP, -1 K, +2 SB, -1 CS
Pitchers: +1.5 IP, +1 K, -1 BB/HBP, +5 W, -3 L, +4 S, -2 BS, +3 CG, +10 shutout
Start one player at each position + utility, 4 SPs, 2 RPs. 8 reserves.

C: Y. Molina
1B: Votto
2B: Kinsler
3B: Arenado
SS: Al. Ramirez
OF: Bautista, Corey Dickerson, & one of R. Castillo, Fowler, Snider
U: one of Pearce, R. Castillo, Fowler, Snider, Jung Ho Kang
SP: four of J. Shields, Iwakuma, P. Hughes, A. Sanchez, Ryu, Shoemaker, S. Miller, Jon Gray
RP: two of D. Robertson, C. Allen & A. Miller
