Mike Stanton (the power hitter, not the pitcher of course)

Postby Oregon Nut Cups » Mon Apr 26, 2010 1:17 pm

As the Marlins like guys that hit 30 homeruns and strikeout a ton (see: Marlins lineup), when do you think he gets called up and who does he replace? Just wondering what the feeling is on this kid. Marlins have a way of bringing up very good LF prospect monsters and then trading them away to the Detroit Tigers.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.

Could replace Ross or Coghlan... Might get called up sooner vs. later. Next few weeks would be my guess.

Is your league H2H? Roto?

I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Agreed - they'll likely give Coghlan another week or two to get straightened out otherwise they're bringing up Stanton for his shot.

- Eat healthy tofu meal
- Read a chapter of nice book
- Create voodoo doll of Cody Ross and destroy legs

All that I ask is that you switch out Cody Ross for Coghlan, please, and I am fine with this

Crikey I just flipped Stanton for Pedro Alvarez in my minors spot. Guess I'd better flip back!

I have a chance to see Stanton, the first week of May as he comes to Montgomery to play the Rays' AA team, the Montgomery Biscuits. Should be fun!

Cody Ross left the game early tonight; anyone have a reason why or did the original Voodoo comment do him in?
