I'd go Scutaro, Callaspo, Sizemore.
Scutaro is batting lead off at the moment with Ellsbury likely to hit the DL. He usually has a strong OBP. Pedroia, Victor Martinez, Youk and Big Papi are hitting behind him. He's certainly not going to hurt as bad as others can. J-Roll should come back when Ellsbury comes off the DL, assuming that's going to happen.
Callaspo has a nice upside. He tends to hit in the middle of the order. He's somewhat proven w/ a solid performance last season.
We have yet to see what Sizemore is going to do.
