 Post subject: Yet another Travis Snider dilemma

I know I drafted him in round 20 of a 14 team league but I have a little oath I take every year, do not drop and offensive player before 2 weeks due to a slump. Well, he is killing me, problem is, I have no good OF options until Beltran comes off my DL.


What do you think, here are my choices for OF, at least for this week. I wanted Jose Guillen but he does not clear waivers until Thursday.


Rest assured, as I type some of these names, I am cringing but I need some counting stats weekly until Beltran, uhm, gets healthy.

Willie Harris
Reed Johnson
Chris Dickerson
Scott Hairston
Delwyn Young
Fernando Tatis
Eugenio Velez
Mark Kotsay
Jim Edmonds
Johnny Gomes
Jerry Hairston
Travis Buck

And you can bet, that at least one of the guys above gets hot this week, but who?



BTW, Michael Brantley was dropped and I want him bad!! i will not use my #2 waiver position on him but pray I can snag him Thursday morning, then I will not worrry about Snider at all, as long as Brantley plays like he should.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

There is NWIH I am starting Snider this week, nor am I dropping him.

I have to add a flier OF for at least this week, or maybe even longer. I do have Beltran at DL, but.........


Who to take a chance on and maybe get some counting number for a week or more at my #5 OF spot.
