B.Harris & M.Izturis

Postby hammerfish » Sat Jul 19, 2008 7:25 am

First off...Long time lurker - first time poster, so Hello Everyone!

Now, moving on...anybody know what the status of Harris and Izturis is on their respective depth charts?

At one point Harris and Punto were platooning at SS but Punto was also spending time at 3B with Buschner. Is this still the case or is Harris the guy at SS?

Same question for Izturis...he and Aybar were platooning at SS with Kendrick cemented at 2B. Is this still the case or has one guy risen above the other.

Basically I have Crosby, Izturis, and Harris and I'd like to know who I should drop. I'm inclined to keep Crosby just b/c he's the everyday guy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, Hammefish. Everyone, say hello to Hammerfish.

Punto gets the occasional game, but it's primarily Harris. I still want Crosby.

Aybar and Izturis are in a bit of a timeshare, but they both get in there enough because of Scioscia. I'd still go with Crosby. Unless I was desperate for speed then I'd look at Izturis. (Or even better -- Bartlett.) Hope this helps. Now stop lurking.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Consider the lurking stopped...cold turkey!

Thanks for the response Grey
