Mr. Softy

Postby papasmurf » Thu Jul 09, 2009 2:05 pm

Damn I hate this guy. Might as well have like Alex Cora playing SS.

The only time he did anything in the last week, I had him on the bench.

I had no computer access over the holiday weekend and had left him on the bench. I used Renteria as a fill-in. Rent had like a 835 game hitting streak, but of course when I got home and looked, he went hitless (my magic works again, stopped that streak dead cold) while Hardy had his only good game.

Damn, lost C, lost 2B, lost CF, and have this useless douche at SS. What a mess.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

insult to injury.

I picked up Bloomquist last night but then didn't start him over mr. softy due to the REnteria fiasco. 3 hits and a sb.

today i will go with bloomquist and mr. softy on the bench. watch the former go 0 for 4 and mr. softy hit another longball.

i start to wonder if mr. softy's back is bothering more than people know. he's streaky, but he hasn't gone 3 months playing like this after he broke out.

Yep, another one called perfectly. Yet I only get it right when I set myself up to get bong bong bong in the anoos, as Borat would say.

Billingsley held righties under .200, and Bloomquist .345 BA vs. LHP. It doesn't matter, the power of the smurf dominates all. Softy couldn't hit some guy named Pan-A-Hole, how can he hit Billingsley?

Get home, flip on da puter, as soon as I saw the Brewers scored at all and KC had 0, I had that sinking feeling.

Also had Pods in there instead of Morgan. Oswalt 0 steals allowed all year, of course Morgan gets 2.

I don't even know if my entire lineup has one hit... I know the bench has a buncha hits, that's all.

Next week I am gonna just pick all the numbers on the powerball ticket except six, and then have a buddy buy those six numbers and split the winnings.
