Here is my evaluation:

Ozuna
Pros - Good power; has a bit of speed too, but not a ton; will keep his starting job if he hits
Cons - Likely low average; decent chance that he doesn't hit enough to stay in the majors all year and has solid prospect Marisnick behind him at AAA

Young
Pros - Tip tier speed; can hit for decent average; also qualifies at 2B in leagues with 1 game qualification; has SB value even if coming off the bench
Cons - Zero pop; big playing time risk when Chris Young gets back (which could be in a week or two)

Overall, I think Ozuna and Young have similar value albeit with different strengths and weaknesses. My personal preference in a vacuum is Young as I'm not convinced Ozuna is ready to hit enough in the majors yet, but given that you have a good amount of speed, I would likely take a chance on Ozuna if I were in your situation.
