Dynasty League Trade

16 team Dynasty League currently have Howie Kendrick at 2B, also have Profar and Rendon, i have Matt Adams as a bench bat, the offer is as follows, i get Zack Grenkie for Howie Kendrick, Matt Adams and Chris Tillman .

I would do that deal. Doesn't feel like you are giving up much that I would expect to be really good in the coming years.

I would not.
In a dynasty, those youngsters should get more value. I really like Matt Adams. I'd counter with Kendrick and Tillman. Leave Adams out of it. Greinke's numbers are replaceable, not a fan personally.

If a head-to-head categories league, do not do trade.

If h2h points, then think about it. Maybe smoke on it and see how you feel in the morning.

If roto, don't do it.

I have had success in h2h-cat leagues with sloppy pitching. I would rather get Adams and hope that he gets regular playing time starting next year. I would drop Tillman and hold onto Kendrick.
