I noticed that they credited Bumgarner with 5 ERs last night. Wasn't there an error in the second inning that led to 3 of those runs? I'm just curious if I missed a scoring change or if I'm not understanding the whole unearned runs deal anymore. Does anyone know if those 5 ERs are legit or if there will be a score change coming?

Not sure which AB you're referring to but no Giants' player was credited with an error last night so the scorer would have ruled it a hit.

As a MadBum owner I felt the umpire was squeezing the zone on him. But I'm not biased or anything.

Looks like you're right. The play by play from last night shows Scutaro made an error during a fielders choice in the second inning, but it's not reflected on the box score. I guess it was either a score change or an information error. Oh well
