Lots of love for Josh Rutledge here...based on his projections I get it. With 2B and SS as they are he is a value play at either position or MI. That said I am wondering when it is too early to pull the trigger. He is currently being drafted at 237 - Round 20 in a 12 team league. Is he worth drafting in round 15 or 18...or does he need to fall all the way to 220 to be a value pick. Anyone have thoughts...

I would be fine anytime after the 15th round or so. At that point the draft is a lot of flyer type guys anyway so I don't feel you would be reaching over very many guys that are locks to be better than Rutledge.

Kipnis '13 style..........I'm reaching @ 140 overall everywhere to get Rutledge but what else do you expect for a 17/20 MI who also bat north of 280 and oh yeh, in a very potent healthy lineup.
