I have joined a Roto 5x5 Keeper league on ESPN. It's the first year of the keeper league and I want to ask about how I tweak my rankings to take account of the keeper element?
The league set up is exactly the same as the RCL leagues except there is an IP limit. However we can keep players drafted in the first 4 years for a further year. We can keep players initially drafted after round 4 for up to 4 more years (5 years in total). We can keep up to 6 players (but must keep 5).
So, if I base my rankings on Grey's, how do I 'tweak' them to take account of the keeper rules? I guess I stay away from aging players (Ryan Howard?) and try and select young players with upside (Gyorko?). However there might be some bargains to be had because everyone will be of the same opinion so I will keep an eye on draft day for bargains. I guess I have to be think 'upside' and 'potential' but I am fully aware that a lot of leagues fall apart and so I do want to have a good shot at winning this year rather than drafting for the future.
Thanks for any advice,

There's no easy way to tweak the rankings... I'd just bump up a few rounds to guys that are young and have upside...
If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
