$300 in season active roster salary cap to discourage extreme dump trades
New owner can either assume the abandoned team or receive a $5 discount for each of the first three players purchased at auction.

$135 entry fee w/payouts as follows:
1st place - 50%
2nd place - 25%
3rd place - 15%
4th place - 10%
