I put out a topic that my roto league needs owners, i'm getting a lot of views, but no responses. Is it still early or does everyone have a league already?

I think you are a little early to get worried. Plenty of owners don't start picking up leagues until mid to late February. Most of the leagues that I am in that start this early also have a minor league draft.
