does this guy have an impact at all this season? is he draftable this year as a late round flyer? does anyone know his eta? is he the next Dee Gordon?

Depends on size of league. In 8 and 10 team leagues, he isn't worth drafting. 12 teams maybe anything bigger I could see going after him at some point. I could see him getting some time but it is all going to be dependent on how he performs to start the year. If he does what he did last year to start off with, then yeah I seem him getting a call maybe mid-summer or to fill an injury. If he struggles then at best he becomes a Sept call up.

As for his value. His speed alone will be worth rostering him. I am not sure he has the hit tool that will get him on base enough to be a huge asset. I think his defense and speed will keep him in the majors but I could see him being more like Juan Pierre than anything. Which is good but not great.
