16-team ESPN H2H Each Category, Standard 5x5 w/ OBP instead of AVG

So I draft 16th then 1st. For my first two picks I took CarGo and Kershaw. I toyed around with Tulo but decided I didn't want to wait to get a pitcher (all of the top-tier pitchers are gone now, so that was a good call I think).

So first off, what're some general tips for drafting at the end of the round like this?

Second, who ought I take for my next two picks? In the OF, there's A-Gon, Jones, Ellsbury, Pence, and Bourn. At 2B, there's Kipnis, Hill and Phillips. SS has got Castro and Andrus. 3B, I could reach for someone like Zimmerman or Headley. Which two should I grab?

Greinke, Weaver Halladay, and MadBum are also available but I don't think I need another pitcher.

I wouldn't draft a pitcher... Especially not Kershaw...
