so i inherited both these guys taking over a dynasty team. my first order of business was moving anyone with a chance to sniff saves. I know its early but I've read a lot of scouting reports on Archer, that he lacks a 3rd pitch. I'm wondering if anyone thinks Odorizzi acquisition, along with Cobb will increase the chances Archer gets a involved in a closer discussion in a year or two? Im thinking it woulnd't be the worst thing in the world....?

Archer could get saves, but it's not worth sepculating on that now... Fernando Rodney just got 40-something saves with a 0.50 ERA... Saves come from all over the place...

yea true, not too long ago Jake McGee was the man, and it turned out to be Farnsworth. Hence the reason I moved all my closers/ maybe closers first. 2-3 year planning they're pretty much useless...
