None of these guys are more than matchup based streamers. Why not just consult the Streamonator and pick someone up that looks like they've got a couple of good upcoming matchups.
Griffin's next one looks good matchupwise as its in SEA but he's against King Felix who's been on a tear so the W doesn't look real good. Kendrick is @Cinc then home vs. MIA, which is better. Detwiler is vs. MIA next Saturday then @ATL then home for LAD so doesn't look stellar. Gonzalez and Britton both face @TOR then one gets the Yanks while the other gets the Rays, then both look like they'd pitch in Oakland. I wouldn't pick up either of them based on those matchups.
Not sure whom else is available but given the guys you listed I'd cherrypick a few matchups from them but not marry myself to any of them. Fiers and Harvey on your roster are likely to hit innings limits soon so depending on what your needs are in the pitching stats, streaming the WW may be the best option.
