Griffin for those two might work in a vacuum, but there's just no reason for him to ask for Arenado too. Even though his stock has fallen to a degree, still seems like an overpay.
Rutledge is providing a spark, but I don't like inflated BABIP. I will note that he was able to sustain a pretty high BABIP in the minors, but I just can't fathom any sustained success with a BB/9 of 2.5. Regression could be coming soon.
