Im tired of Uggla's slow ass starts. Any thoughts?

As someone who loves Kipnis and is fairly bullish on him, I'd say you have to stick with Uggla, unless you're able to get another fairly significant piece via such a swap.

Kipnis has had an impressive start to his career power wise, but even then his upside is that of a Uggla.....and odds are he's going to have a fairly roller coaster season himself. Until he gets moved up in the order and stretches out his sample size, I don't think you can even consider swapping Uggla for him.
