I currently have Minor on my roster but Niese has become available. Minor's first start wasn't very good. Niese has looked ok. I think Minor has more upside but Niese may be more stable in the short term.
Should I consider ditching Minor for Niese?

I have a crush on Niese but I think you give Minor more than one start.
