12 man league, drafting out of the 11 hole.
Categories are Hitting- R,HR,RBI,AVG,TB,SB, Pitching- W,ERA,K's,WHIP, K/9,Saves
Each team must have C,1st,2nd,3rd,SS,INF,UTL, 4 OF, 2 SP, 2 RP, 4 P

C- Jesus Montero (OK, I am cheating here....I have to wait a week or so for C eligibility)
1b- Adrian Gonzalez
2b- Brandon Phillips
3b- Pablo Sandoval
SS- Alexei Rameriez
IF- Ike Davis
OF-Justin Upton
OF-Jay Bruce
OF- Adam Jones
OF- Josh Willingham
UTL-Colby Rasmus

SP- Yovani Gallardo
SP-Madison Bumgarner
RP- Joakim Soria
RP- Matt Thorton
P- Matt Moore
P-Anibal Sanchez
P-Matt Garza
P- Scott Baker

BN-Lucas Duda
BN-Mike Minor
BN- Brad Peacock
BN- Jim Johnson
BN-Devin Mesoraco( C until Jesus gains eligibility, will use to pick up SP waiver)

My pitching is a tad weak I believe because the lack of a true ace, but I am unsure whether I should sacrifice a player like Sandoval or Bruce to go after a guy like Grienke.

Your pitching looks fine, a tad better than your hitting.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

How is the hitting?
On a /10 scale

I am considering another possibility. Possibly taking Longoria instead of a outfielder like Upton/CarGo, aiming for Uggla instead of Phillips, and snagging an outfield more along the lines of Bruce/BJ Upton/Jones/Berkman.

About a 6... I like your thoughts about the different ways to go...
