Yeah, way to go Dombrowski. Worst GM in baseball.
Quote:
The Tigers will owe Sheffield his guaranteed $14 million salary for this year. If he clears waivers, he'll be free to sign with any team he chooses.

Yeah, you should punt.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

So what kind of line do you expect for Marcus Thames now? Also how many AB? I assume he'll bat 6th.

Should I drop Brett Gardner for him?

Will a .240 average hurt you? If so, Kubel.

Keep in mind, Detroit just got Josh Anderson from Atlanta and he's out of minor league options, so he'll be on the Opening Day roster. I think there's a solid chance Anderson steals considerable AB's from Thames, he of the .292 OBP last season. Am I alone on this?

Thames hits against lefties primarily. His ABs don't go that high with today's dealings. Maybe an extra 50 to 100.
