What are people thinking about his struggles? Back issue that will linger all year? Cause him to get blown up early on?
I drafted him in the 11th round, after all the Tier 1 closers were gone because I thought his strange delivery would perplex AL hitters for at least the first half of the season, and he would be throwing heat. Both factors combining to create a pretty high K rate and saves would thus follow.
Now I'm reading more and more about these back problems and that he didn't even touch 90 mph today.
Anyone concerned here?

I am concerned, but you have to figure you're going to lose 50% of the saves you draft anyway, so the sooner it happens the better. Sorry, that's little consolation. Unfortunately, I'm sure his backups are already owned, but if they're not, I'd own both -- Shields and Arredondo.
