i'm wondering if weeks moves up? how much? in a 5x5 obp league. to me obp instead of ave puts him in the top 5.

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

good point i have a habit of only thinking about the best case. in a mixed auction would you rather have phillips or weeks for 5 to 7 dollars less?

I've owned Weeks since he came up - I've dropped him before but he always started every year on my roster, including this one. This year I only took him cuz there was no better 2b available, at least I didn't keep him idiotically like before... I would grab a decent backup 2b if you took him. The guy can't hit liners if his life depended on it. Tons of K's and popups. It has to be his approach.
His OBP is gonna be around .330 - .350 unless he can hit like .270, not really an asset there.
