After his '08 line of 79/40/100/2/.236, it is finally to the point where the drag on average is just too much to think about adding Dunn as a major piece of your OF?
Also, any insight on where he will land? ESPN was reporting that the Nats were considering him after losing out in the Teixeira sweepstakes...
Dunn's BABIP was extremely low in 2008, which means he was a bit unlucky. Unlucky combined with a guy that strikeouts a lot is, obviously, not good. His career BABIP is about .290 so he should be a bit better in average and not be quite the drain.
I heard the Nats too. For fantasy purposes, Dunn is pretty much a sure thing for 40 HRs anywhere he plays. He is what he is.
