1st post ever here and it's a link to your site. You thought that was a good idea?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is. Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions. Is your league H2H? Roto? I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from. If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters. I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I'm not sure exactly what the beef is, but I guess it's a fair point. A couple of things in my defense however...
One - I have been an almost daily reader of Razzball since it's inception (even before actually - as far back as last offseason when the original deconstruction of the ESPN Player Rater was accomplished). Call me a lurker, but it is not like I just discovered Razzball and decided to use it as a mouthpiece for self-promotion. I've been here a while - I registered in the forums on something like the second day you guys opened it, but I lost all the info from that registration and I wanted a new handle that put my real name out there besides.
Two - Part of the reason I've never been active on the forums here is that I am a fantasy writer for three separate websites and I've generally spent most of my energy as a writer focusing on my work there. I'm not some newbie to fantasy that just fell off the turnip truck.
Three - If I crossed the line in posting the URL for the website for whom I am employed in my "first post", I apologize. I only finished crunching my Top 100 today and I wanted to get it some eyeballs to see what people thought of it.

No one cares about rankings unless you actually write something about each player

This is Jeff. I dug through my old e-mail folders and found my original log-in to the forum. At least you can see that I've been coming here for a while.

You had one post so I assumed you created an account just to drop your URL and run. Now that you explain it, it's fine. No worries.
