I understand that, by necessity, "Lineups, Waivers, Keepers" and "Trade Talk" require constant new threads. It's just the nature of the topic.
However, if feasible, I think areas like "General Player Discussion" and "SAGNOF" would benefit from having one long, megathread for each player, rather than 30 individual threads about Smoak. I come here about 6 days out of the week, and it is almost overwhelming to try and keep up with what conversation about Mike Stanton occurred in which Mike Stanton thread.
Just a thought.

I like the suggestion, but isn't it on you guys to implement it?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is. Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions. Is your league H2H? Roto? I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from. If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters. I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I also like this idea. It could be implemented by us but it would be easier if there was a moderator (grey or someone else that is good at that sort of thing) that could merge threads/rename titles to better organize the topics.
You could really have 30 topics in the SAGNOF section (one for each team) and then it would be super easy to go to a specific team and see what everyone's thoughts are regarding the closer situation. Just a thought.

Okay, will discuss it with the forum mods and Rudy.

Thanks guys - really appreciate the suggestions!
But it seems unreasonable to ask Grey (or any Mod) to reorganize every post/thread. Grey and Rudy should be busy writing articles, answering posts, and giving advice.
The Mods are here to try and supplement what Grey and Rudy are doing, and to answer as many questions as possible. And oh yeah - do it on their own time, without regard for any compensation. Like, for Free. Just because they want to help.
So while it is a good idea in concept, without a full time employee assigned to reorganize each post, it is an unworkable task.
It really is up to each of us to make our posts/topics as clear and detailed as possible. That would help everyone else looking for advice with the same questions.
