I had an earlier deal in the works to swap Bumgarner/Matt Moore for Cano/Dempster but due to Bum's latest complete game and my fear of losing too much pitching I nixed the deal but I have since acquired Gallardo to bolster my rotation and am revisiting a deal to acquire Cano. My first question: Who do you like better? Bumgarner or Gio? Gio has been shaky at best for over a month and I feel that San Francisco will be the better team in the end so I'm leaning towards keeping Bum and dealing Gio (I can include either in this trade).
I'm looking at a deal that resembles:
My Gio, Matt Moore & Espinosa for Cano, Dempster and Niese (or Danks).
My team:
C Doumit 1 Fielder 2 Espinosa S Andrus 3 Sandoval O Cargo O Bruce O J Upton DH Cruz BN Belt BN Plouffe BN Ryan Howard
SP Bum SP Gio SP Gallardo SP Zimmermann SP A. Sanchez SP Latos SP Marcum SP Matt Moore SP Cashner SP Wandy RP Jansen RP Chapman
After upgrading at 2b I think I can still work another deal once Ryan Howard returns to attempt to replace Gio with someone like CJ Wilson so in the end it may not hurt my pitching staff that much.
So in the end my questions are:
1) Who would you rather keep, Bum or Gio (I will trade the lesser of the 2)? 2) Which side would you rather have... The Bum (or Gio) side or the Cano side?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is. Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions. Is your league H2H? Roto? I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from. If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters. I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
