Hey there...10 team league where teams were permitted 1 or 2 keepers. I took over a bad team and only had Gore to keep.

rb-forte
wr-jennings
wr-v jax
wr-mason
te-clark
k-bironas
d-ny giants
bn-garrard
bn-lynch
bn-run dmc (mcfadden)
bn-dominik hixon
bn-percy harvin
bn-antonio bryant
thoughts?....trade a rb for a number 1 or 2 wr?

Looks good! You could try to pair up Lynch or DMac with VJax or Mason for a #1 receiver. Look for a team with a weak #2 RB and some decent WR depth. Otherwise I think you have a solid roster.
