Would you rather own Favre or Flaaco?
Also, should I be handcuffing Mcfadden with Bush? Should I drop S. Smith (NYG) in order to pick up Bush? I'm a little discouraged to see Bush getting so many touches (and Mcfadden fumble)

Flacco and yes, Bush is a good handcuff. Not sure about Smith. Would need to see the rest of your team.

i'd try to move mendenhall to free up a spot. Parker's the starter, and moore's the 3rd down back, and mendenhall hasn't showed anything in his very brief career (regular or preseason)

I have been trying to move both parker and mendenhall but nobody seems to be taking as of yet. I'm trying to get another WR or buy low on another RB (LJ, thomas j., etc)

One wouldn't definitely not be buying low on Thomas Jones or LJ. They are well-known players and their upside isn't greater than the value most fantasy players hold them at right now. Besides, Jamaal Charles has stolen passing downs away from LJ, and, thanks to the horrible KC defense, KC will be passing a ton this year.
