In a super competitive ppr league. My waivers become live Wednesday and i rank #1. Im wondering it will be worth using on Jahvid Best...he has been getting a bit of comeback hype lately.

12 man league, eh? No ladies allowed?
Not sure if he's the best way for you to use your #1 waiver. What does your team look like? I'd add it to your signature.

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
If you want me to give you a back rub, you're probably SOL. Sorry about that.

Posted my team in the sig, almost a guarantee Best will be picked up...question is should I use my #1 priority for him?

Worried how he'll be used this season with LeShoure in the backfield already. I'd hold given your current RBs.
