His previous owner also owned Cam Newton so he had to drop one for this week since they share the same bye. We have an auction for waivers. We start with a budget of $65, of which I have $41 left. I know he will be bid on by a few teams, but I am certain that if I bid $21 I will get him. The question is, do I go for him over Tebow and is the price worth it for a backup. I would basically be playing keep away. And it's not like Tebow has been bad, especially since my league has no negative scoring. I think I will be fine if I only have $20 left for the season since I can get some players for $1. Do I make this move? Is it a big upgrade, or more of a lateral move?

Tebow's job security is my only concern with holding onto him. Maybe try and trade Tebow first for a WR but I would prefer Stafford as my backup over Tebow.

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
