Who is the better option this week? I started Torain last week and he didn't do didly poo. I picked up Helu just in case after the Hightower injury. What do you think.

Are either of your teams you've listed up to date? Hard to give advice if we don't know which team to look at/what is available. To be honest, we both know a Shanahan RB is a shot in the dark every weekend. If you have other options, I go with C over either A or B.

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
