Who to start?
QB - Rivers @ NE or Flacco @ TEN?
WR - Burress or Holmes vs JAC? Or start both and sit Steve Smith vs GB?

Start rivers. I would probably start Smith and Holmes, but Holmes is questionable so it might go right up til game time.
