Wow, I don't envy you this week.
Let's see, the only one who could run all year against Chicago was Ryan Grant. Pittman, you're no Ryan Grant. Discard that one.
The only safe play is Ahman Green against Cleveland. Green was the short yardage back in the first half last week at Indy and vultured two TDs. I don't see him catching more than 1 or 2 passes but like him for a TD.
That leaves Morris or Buckhalter for RB2. Balt has surrendered only 3 TDs on the ground but Miami has surrendered only 5. Take your pick, if Westbrook is out I gotta go with Buckhalter even against Baltimore (who's D line has gotta be pissed after the beatdown by the Giants last week). Like I said, I don't envy you, this is tough. Good luck. Let me know what you do.

Well I went ahead and started Morris and Pittman. I didn't trust Green getting many touches. All of them sucked and somehow I still think i'm going to win because Romo and Welker had great days for me. I'm up 15 and i have Colston and Shockey and my opponent has Ryan Grant.
I already dropped Buckhalter because he's hurt and picked up Leon Washington. Another RB move i made was picking up LaRon McClain and dropping Sam I am Morris.
so pick 3 for week 13 (a little early i know)
-C. Johnson at Det (lock) -S.Jackson or A. Pittman vs. Mia (Pittman sucks, Mia is good, S Jax prolly won't go) -McClain at Cin (Great matchup but who knows about touches) -Bush at TB (if he goes, gotta play him) -Washington vs. Den (I could see the Jets rolling and L Wash getting late touches with a big lead and going right thru Den's swiss cheese D for a couple scores)
What do you think?

C Johns and Leon are must plays for obvious reasons. Don't play Pittman but if S Jackson goes play him.
McClain is only good once every 5 or 6 games, don't trust him. Bush may be a little slow to come back from the knee so we'll just have to wait.
Now I see why your RB situation is so bleak, my condolences.
You're from southern Illinois huh? I'm originally from Salem. Go Salukis.

Would you play Lorenzo Booker Thursday night as one of the 3 backs if Westbrook is inactive?
It looks like Jackson has a shot to play but I don't trust him until he plays a full game. I trust Reggie a little more just because his value is catching balls, but perhaps a lineup of Booker-CJ-Washington or Bush is the way to go.
Thoughts?

Lorenzo "Big Game" Booker eh?
Wow, Philly's rushing attack is seriously in the crapper. Here's all you need to know about Booker, 16 carries, 32 yards. Yuck. This is not to say he won't accidentally sniff the end zone against Ari, I just wouldn't count on it. Look for an aerial shootout with DeSean Jackson getting the most rushing yards on a reverse or end around. Not my kinda game.
Doesn't look good for Bush either, not sure I'd play him against Tampa even if he does suit up
Which leaves you hoping for S Jacks return. I'd think of it this way, do I really want to play Booker and risk getting only 3 or 4 pts when Jackson (if he plays) might get double digits? Think CJohnson, Leon and Jackson. If towards the end of the week Rams announce Jackson out, pick up some other schmuck and plug him in. K Faulk is always my favorite plug n play schmuck. Where's Larry Centers when you need him?

I'm betting Westbrook is going to be active just for the simple fact that Buckhalter will be out. I think Booker will be good for 3-5 receptions and perhaps more if BWB is out, but let's assume Booker is a no play this week.
Johnson and Washington are locks.
It looks as if Bush is going to play (that would give me all RBs that have last names of Presidents)
(I would rather play him than Jackson anyway if both are healthy. SJax is unmotivated, the Rams are horrible, Trent Green may start and Miami has solid Run D)
That pretty much leaves the debate between McClain vs. the Bengals and Bush if active at the Bucs.
Kevin Faulk is not availiable and Larry Centers would be a great plug and play. I'm leaning towards Bush if active. Let's just hope Romo and C J rip Thursday and I won't really have to sweat it out too much.
