I'm thinking of trying to trade Rivers and CAR Steve Smith (coming off 2 good games) for Kyle Orton and Larry Fitz. Basically this would just be for Fitz - I would drop Orton and start Carson Palmer. Palmer has a great playoff schedule but I just don't have that much faith in him - he has yet to have a 300 yard game and he hasn't consistently thrown TDs.
10 team league:
QB - Rivers
WR - Randy Moss
WR - Steve Smith (CAR)
WR - Nate Burleson
RB - Beanie Wells (used to be Ronnie Brown)
RB - Knowshon Moreno/Kevin Smith
TE - Celek
Bench: Carson Palmer, Donnie Avery, Jamaal Charles, Justin Forsett

Yeah, I feel like Rivers is safer than Palmer. I completely understand selling high on SS, but not Rivers.
