I'm in a standard non-PPR league with MJD, Rice and K-Smith as my RB1/2/Flex, and Moats and Maroney on the bench.
How do you feel about trading Winslow and K-Smith for Dallas Clark? I think it's a great move with Smith's final 4 weeks coming against top-5 run defenses. Agree/disagree?

I like it. Clark is a stud, and you've got enough RB backups and WR pieces to fill in the flex spot capably.
