Nah, You need Rivers especially with the ability to put QB's in at flex. I'm guessing that is why your leaguemate wants Rivers so bad. I think you should be trying to get another QB.

Doc -
Could you do me a favor and explain why you feel so strongly that I should use a QB at my flex position? As opposed to say another RB or WR. I've included my league's offensive scoring rules to help you understand my league.
Pa2P - Passing Two-point Conversion 2 points PaInt - Passing Interception -.5 points PaTD - Passing TD 4 points PaYd - Passing Yards 0+ PaYds = 1 point for every 25 PaYds Plus a 5 point bonus @ 400+ PaYd Re2P - Receiving Two-point Conversion 2 points ReTD - Receiving TD 6 points ReYd - Receiving Yards 0+ ReYds = 1 point for every 10 ReYds Plus a 5 point bonus @ 200+ ReYd Recpt - Reception 1 point Ru2P - Rushing Two-point Conversion 2 points RuTD - Rushing TD 6 points RuYd - Rushing Yards 0+ RuYds = 1 point for every 10 RuYds

That scoring does even things out a bit. The good thing about QB's is they touch the ball every time! Well, except for the wildcat! In your situation now Benson is better in the flex than Favre. But you do need to keep a hold of Rivers. Favre just isn't going to get enough work with AP around.

If your league allows you to put a QB at a flex position then you simply have to start a QB there. Any QB in the top 20 is going to produce your 3rd best RB/WR.
If I were you I would move Portis/Favre for the best QB you can get -- especially in any league that rewards catches with points.

Youth -
Does that mean you think C. Benson is solid enough as my #2 RB?
